Evergreen Baptist Mother’s Day Out is now accepting applications for teachers, floaters, and substitutes for our 2025-2026 school year. Our MDO follows Iola ISD for all holidays & closures.
These positions are PART-TIME. We are looking for teachers to work on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 to 3:00 pm
Our program has children starting from 18 months old to 4 years old. Previous experience working with young children is essential.
Qualifications and Skills:
Has a high school diploma and is at least 18 years old.
Has experience working with young children in a center-based setting.
Demonstrates a love for children and exude a nurturing spirit.
Possess a strong child care background and excellent organizational & communication skills.
Works well as a member of a close-knit team.
Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Must be able to walk, stand, sit, kneel, reach, stoop, and crouch to interact successfully with all children.
Applicants must be patient, flexible and creative.
All individuals are required to pass a background check before employment.
